About Infuser Flask

The Infuser Flask is built for loose leaf on the move. Borosilicate glass holds the heat for 30 to 60 minutes, the stainless steel basket keeps the leaf out of your cup, and 300 ml is a proper single serving. The flask stays warm to the touch rather than scalding.

Material

  • Material: borosilicate glass with a stainless steel infuser basket
  • Capacity: 300 ml
  • Dimensions: 7 cm wide, 19.5 cm high, 7 cm deep
  • Holds temperature: 30 to 60 minutes

Caring tips

  • Remove the lid and steel basket, add 1 heaped teaspoon of loose leaf, then fill to about 2 cm from the top at the temperature your tea calls for.
  • Lower the basket in until it clips into place, steep for the recommended time, then lift it out by the handle and let it vent for a minute.
  • The glass flask is dishwasher safe. The steel basket is not, so rinse it by hand and dry it rather than leaving it to soak.
Common questions
Can I use this with any Magic T tea?

Yes. It works with any of our loose leaf blends or pure herbs. Add a heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for 5 to 7 minutes, or follow the brewing tips on the tea's own page.

What if it arrives broken, or breaks while I'm using it?

If it arrives broken, we replace it. If it breaks while you're using it within the first 30 days, we replace that too. Email info@magict.co.nz with a photo and we'll sort it out. Glass is glass, and we'd rather stand behind it than argue about it.

What if I break the infuser or the lid?

It happens, and it usually doesn't mean replacing the whole thing. Email us at info@magict.co.nz with a photo and tell us which piece broke. We keep spare infusers and lids for most of our glassware and will let you know what we can do.
